Muddy Water's Edge

In the hush where waters meet the land,
A symphony soft and grand.
Muddy waves, in gentle play,
Wash my worldly cares away.

Where liquid mirrors meet the skies,
My heavy heart finds its reprise.
Each ripple a tender embrace,
In nature's serene, tranquil space.

At water's edge, I stand in awe,
The muddy depths hold secrets raw.
In their whispers, soft and low,
My sorrows find the space to go.

The reeds bow low to kiss the tide,
Where fleeting dreams in shadows hide.
Beneath the sky's vast, silent dome,
I find a place that feels like home.

Here, where earth and water blend,
Broken spirits start to mend.
The water's touch, so soft, so kind,
Brings peace to my restless mind.

In this haven, so pure, so free,
I find a quiet symphony.
At the water's edge, I see,
A place where my soul can simply be.
